And he  [Jesus]  went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.  — LUKE 13:22 If you need healing and there isn’t a manifestation of the Spirit, such as gifts of healings (1 Cor. 12:9), what are you going to do? Continuing in Luke 4, we read,  “And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian”  (v. 27).
