Your Time Has Not Yet Come
Memory verse: - Jn 7:8 Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast; for my time is not yet full come.
Bible Reading: - John 7: 1 – 36
Message
God has not destined any one to die young according to the scriptures: he said you will not die young, the number of your days you will fulfill; with long life will I satisfy him because he had set his love upon me and show him my salvation; for length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee; thou shalt come to thy grave in a full age, like as a shock of corn cometh in his season [Job 5:26]; and I will not die by live to declare the word of God.
But since the world is presently under the control of the wicked one [Satan – the prince of this world], life of unbelievers and those without Christ can be cut short because they refuse to set their love upon God who is able to preserve them to the point of fulfilling the number of their days on earth; contrariwise, as many that set their love upon God and had willingly yielded their lives unto him shall be preserved.
From the passage we read today, the Jews sought to kill Jesus and he knew it; hence he knew when to move and when to restrain himself, so he told his brethren that his time has not come; and that he go not yet to the feast. He went to the feast secretly later when he perceived that it was the right time to move; when his enemies who were together scheming and planning to kill him would have scattered, discouraged and frustrated. So I prophecy into your life this morning that enemies seeking your soul to destroy shall be frustrated, paralyzed and disappointed in Jesus name; they will not prevail over you before your time in Jesus name; before them you will fulfill your ministry in Jesus name.
If Jesus the prince of peace and the keeper of our souls is in us and we are in him, he can shield us, restrain and prevent us from falling into the trap of the wicked thereby making us to live to our full age like as a shock of corn cometh in his season.
He delivered Daniel from his enemies and hungry lions; David from Saul and Peter from Herod and even the three Hebrew children from the burning fiery furnace; he has not changed, he can do likewise today. Just yield your life to God through Christ and your life will be hid with Christ in God. It shall be done, you will be preserved and no man born of woman will be able to cut short your life before your time; and your ministry you will fulfill in Jesus name
Confession of the Day
I will not die young; I refuse to die young; the number of my days I will fulfill for I have set my love upon God and he will satisfy me with long life in return. He is faithful
Prayer Points
My Lord and my God preserve me and deliver me from men slayers, men killer, men sellers, kidnappers, ritualists and blood sucking demons of this world; let me not be victim of stray bullets and accidental discharge in Jesus name; let me not die accidentally in place of another person and that my blood should not be used as a sacrifice for this nation and beyond in Jesus name [Amen]
