YOU CAN OVERCOME THAT CHALLENGE
Matthew 14: 30 - 31
30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.
31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
When Peter fixed his eyes on the Lord Jesus Christ, he successfully walked on the turbulence water and this is the secret of victory over challenges of life and wiles of the devil. You will win the battles and challenges of life if you focus your attention on God's living word rather than the problem. When you look at the problem, devil will magnify it with lots of negative and terrifying messages that will create fear in you. Once the fear comes, faith disappears, fear and doubt takes over because " There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." 1John 4:30.
If you believe in God's word to heal, deliver and save you, then you look unto him alone in adversity and negative circumstances; He will manifest himself greatly in you situation. Peter was afraid and began to sink when he looked at the wind, when he looked away from the Lord.
But he manifested an attitude we need to emulate, HE CRIED, SAYING, LORD, SAVE ME. While looking unto the Lord we tell him our problems
Immediately he called, Jesus, compassionate Lord stretched his hand and saved him. Jesus is the same, yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He is near you and as looked unto him by faith he will surely delivers you.
Thought for the day: Let faith be on Christ and Christ alone, because he our saviour, healer and baptiser in the holy ghost, he is the coming king.
