Daily Loads of Benefits
Memory verse: - Psalms 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.
Bible Reading: - Psalms 68:1 – 35
Message
As God spares our lives daily, he gives us opportunity to grow higher, deeper and richer in his word; he allows challenges that can toughen our spiritual muscles come our ways and as God of our salvation enables us surmount such obstacles thereby making us stronger in him.
He is God that gives strength and power to his people; he is not a feeble or a weak God; he is an able God of our salvation. To every trial and temptation that comes your way daily, he makes a way of escape for you with his enabling grace to bear it.
Potiphar’s wayward wife daily besought Joseph to lie with her, but because Joseph depended upon God meditatively and prayerfully coupled with sobriety and watchfulness; he was not crushed under that heavy weight of temptation; rather he received enough grace to say no and flee the scene of the temptation. God that enables him then is our God today; he has not changed and will never change; he will not fail you; he will succor you; he will support you; he will carry you through.
Therefore, as you go today; seize the opportunity to make use of benefits presented to you by God to pray more; preach more; meditate more on the word; watch and observe to do according to all that were written in the law and precepts of God. He is God of our salvation then, now and will forever be. Just make sure you are one of his own through Jesus our Lord. He [JESUS] is our mediator; the link between man and God; the power of God and the wisdom of God without whom we cannot see God; neither can we be a beneficiary of the commonwealth of Israel; I admonish you to make Jesus Christ your Lord and saviour and you will be glad if you did.
Confession of the Day
I believe all things work together for good to them that trust the Lord; I will face every challenge with utmost assurance that better things will come out of them for my good.
Prayer Point
As opportunity presents itself, help me to make use of them profitable to the glory of God; for the edification of believers and deliverance of prodigal children from Satanic bondage.

May 3 SUPPLYING OUR NEEDS But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. — PHILIPPIANS 4:19 It is God’s will that our needs be met. All of them! Philippians 4:19 includes all of your needs (all means all!), whether spiritual, physical, material, or financial. Believe that! Lest someone think that God is not concerned about our financial needs, this verse is set in a context which discusses material and financial affairs. Read it and you will see that the Philippians had taken up an offering of money and goods to send to other Christians. Paul was telling them, “Because you have given to others and have helped them, my God shall supply all your need.” So Paul was talking about material and financial matters.
