Message
Mercy of God comes upon a repentant sinner who had
determined to confess and forsake all his sins at the point of its
actualization. For the scripture says in:
Pr 28:13 that he that covereth his sins shall not
prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
If you need the pardon and mercy of God, do not think
all is well when you have a secret sins to confess and restitutions to make;
make haste to carry them out so shall thou have the mercy of God.
Gal 6:16 And as many as walk according to this rule,
peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
As long as you continue in the will of God peace and
mercy of God shall be upon you. Hannah had a broken heart because she was
barren and was evil entreated by Peninnah the mistress of her husband, but she
poured out her heart to God in prayers and the peace of God that passeth human
understanding came upon her and her countenance was no longer sad; she received
the mercy of God; her prayer was heard and he request granted; Samuel who was
better in many ways than Peninnah’s children was given to her. God is merciful
and will shower same upon you if you humbly pray to him about it.
In Matthew 20: 30 – 34, two blind men noticed Jesus
passing by and the cried saying “…….have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David”
And Jesus stood still, and
called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you? They say unto
him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened. So Jesus had compassion on them, and
touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they
followed him.
You can receive miracle of mercy from God like these
two blind men if you sincerely call upon God for it, he will not deny you but
you must jettison all sins that hinder prayers from being heard.
Grace which is God’s unmerited favour or God’s
riches at Christ’s expense comes to a genuinely repentant believer and teaches him
to deny all ungodliness and worldly lust, but live godly, holily and righteously
in this present world. For the multiplication of God’s mercy and grace in your life,
you must be in constant fellowship with God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ
of whom are glory, power, majesty and praise forever more. Amen
